To ensure clear communication and professional support, please review the following policies before booking:
- First-time clients must schedule a Free Initial Intake Review. This helps determine exactly what you need.
- All services are prepaid. No work begins until payment is received.
- Turnaround time is 5–7 business days for research, district inquiries, or document creation.
- I do not contact school districts using your personal information. All calls are made using general questions only.
- Refunds are not offered after work has begun, as these services involve personalized time and research.
- Parents are responsible for submitting all documents (LOI, IHIP, Quarterly Reports, etc.) to their school district unless otherwise arranged.
- Achieve Homeschool is not a school.
- Services do not replace legal advice. Services focus on guidance, organization, and parent support. Legal advice and representation are not provided.
Waiver Requirements
A signed waiver is required for certain services, including:
IHIP Creation
Parent confirms:
- Child’s accurate grade level and information
- Approval of the final plan before submission
- Curriculum choices
Quarterly Reports
Parent confirms:
- Grades and progress descriptions are honest and accurate
- I am preparing the report according to your information
- I am not assigning grades, evaluating your child, or acting as a teacher
Annual Assessment/Narrative Support
Parent confirms:
- They understand I am assisting with preparation only
- I am not acting as an evaluator or proctor
Waiver forms must be signed before work begins.
